Florida has a long history of land conservation and management and FNPS has been a core participant in advocating for conservation land and water protection and management. We participate in Land Management Reviews (LMRs) for state-owned conservation land to make sure the land is being managed to benefit native plants and ecosystems. The L&L will begin with a short presentation from Walter Bryant going over the process and purpose of LMRs and FNPS's role in them. We will have a panel of a few more experienced reviewers to discuss any topics or issues they would like to bring up after Walter's presentation. We will then open the chat to allow reviewers to answer any questions from attendees.
