Most of us have mixed feelings about working with loops. On the downside, the devil on our other shoulder reminds us that everyone else has access to the same loops and that, compared to writing something new, we are kind of, well, half-cheating. But there’s a middle ground and this week, we’re going to jump right into it. By randomly chopping a number of Loops into slices and not thinking strategically about which ones we’re selecting, we can easily create a new composite loop which is unique. I’ll also explore the benefits of Multiple Divide but also look at what happens when we deliberately multiple-chop an alternative slice length before comping.
