2 Cup Rice 2杯 米
2½ Cup Water 2½杯 水
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce 1茶匙 酱油
