In today's video we take a look at the Böksta Runestone.
Dated 725–1100.
A Runestone most famous for its unique ornementation.
In this short documentary I talk about some of the different theories surrounding this runestone. One of them being a really interesting mythological theory.
This theory and the lack of christian symbols suggests that the Böksta runestone might be an old pagan runestone.
What do you think? What theory do you want to believe?
