Always around Canada Day, cherries are in season in my area. I love picking sweet and sour cherries and then making jam, pies, and freezing some to enjoy in the winter. In this video, I show you how to pit sweet cherries quickly and then make a delicious low sugar cherry jam. In this version of the jam, I also add 2 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur, but you can leave that out if you prefer a more classic cherry jam.
