My father-in-law leads a healthy lifestyle. But being in Muscat, he is slightly out of his healthy track. small changes to routine have a big impact sometimes which disturbs sleep and others. Father loves a curry what we call Muringa Thalippu. not all will enjoy this, but we basically love this curry be it with moringa leaves, spinach, pappad, tomato and I guess a few more that am not aware. So today’s vlog includes again a Healthy lunch meal.
