Quite a number of heavy hitters have sung Lush Life over the years. Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Queen Latifah, Julie London and even Lady Gaga have recorded it. I have also posted my own rendition and interpretation of this composition. Interestingly, Sinatra attempted to sing it a number of times in 1958 but just couldn't get into it. He said he'd try again in a couple of years. He never did. Melodically, it's not an easy song to sing, even though the lyrics are very interesting
