It’s date night! We enjoy a traditional Japanese 9-course meal, which turns out to be a feast. Our mouths experienced a culinary odyssey filled with all sorts of exciting flavors and textures 😍 We feel blessed to have this new Kaiseki restaurant in Greater Seattle. Thanks to Chef Nori for his creativity and warm smiles! He’s originally from Hokkaido and previously also made dishes at “I Love Sushi on Lake Bellevue.” Can’t wait to see what he makes in the future!
