INGREDIENTS
1 lb (454 g) elbow macaroni
8 oz (227 g) cooked smoked ham
1/2 cup pickled carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
4 scallions
8 oz (227 g) Colby Jack cheese
1 to 2 celery sticks
7.5 oz (212 g) mayonnaise
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp (30 ml) pickling juice from carrots
