不銹鋼鑊其實係好易用,唔係咁容易癡底!你只要明白個原理,基本上用起上嚟係好簡單!
中火,升溫3分鐘左右,放隻手喺個pan上面感覺一下(唔好放落去啊),做多幾次你就會捉到個溫度。
唔使落水測試㗎,落水係多餘㗎,落油睇吓有冇煙仲實際啦!

大家注意購買不銹鋼廚具盡量挑選品牌好質量好的,建議選擇3mm以上厚度!, 不鏽鋼一片過3-5夾層(Fully Clad)嘅pan or pot。
好嘅不鏽鋼廚具價錢就肯定貴㗎啦,不過用落去你就明白點解我建議買好一點品牌。
記得選擇304或更好的不銹鋼材質! 不要選擇200。
