Mahindra Roxor New Transmission Assembled and Installed, Transfercase Built, Vent Tubes on
Finally put the new transmission In from Mahindra. I have a spare transmission from Wade and the stock clutch for when I strip some more gears in this one. I didn't get much under the body video on how everything goes back together.
4 bolts hold the transmission to the motor. 2 on top 1 on left and right
3 bolts for the starter
2 small bolts for the sensor on top of the bell housing
6 tiny screws for the sheet metal around the bellhousing
4 bolts for the transmission support
16 bolts for the drive shafts
I recommend you remove the shifter when pulling and reinstalling the transmission. Be careful putting the shifter back together. you can easily install it into the transmission wrong and not be able to shift it. I recommend you put it in neutral before you pull it out of the hole but you will need it in gear when you try and align the transmission to the motor. Look me up on the Mahindra Roxor Enthusiast page on Facebook if you have any questions or you can contact Wade at Diesel Freaks
