TifTuf Bermuda Turf is first-ever turf grass which received the Smart Approved WaterMark.

Steps to Install the TifTuf Bermuda Turf:
---------------------------------------------------------------
1. Kill off any existing vegetation
2. Install the grass as soon as possible after the delivery
3. Lay the bed of 50-100mm of quality turf underlay
4. Launcher fertiliser is not recommended.
5. Roll to compact new turf to improve soil contact
6. Soak the newly laid turf for 10-14 days after installation or until fully established
7. Reduce irrigation once established and water only when the grass appears to be dry
8. Mow as soon as the grass has bedded in to promote lateral growth (should be in 3.5 days after installation)
The important point for the irrigation of TifTuf Bermuda Turf:

1. Water only when there are signs of the grass drying out, as excess irrigation can hinder the grass
2. DO NOT over water in the cooler months
3. If irrigation is needed, water deeply to soak the top 100mm of soil
4. Water in the early morning
TifTuf Bermuda Turf requires much less fertiliser than the most other turf varieties
Mowing TifTuf Bermuda Turf:
----------------------------------------------
1. Ensure that mower blades are sharp to prevent tearing of the leaf
2. Never remove more than 1/3 of the leaf
3. Mowing frequency can be reduced with controlled irrigation and fertiliser inputs
4. TifTuf Bermuda Turf can be kept between 5mm and 36mm below 25mm is recommended for best appearance
5. If excess scalping occurs, increase mowing height and allow the leaf to regrow the desired level
6. If needed, dethatch in early spring for best results
