🧁 Making a ball shaped cake doesn't mean you have to run to the store to buy baking molds. If you have two glass mixing bowls the same size, you are set! Just make sure to put them in the oven BEFORE you preheat!
*also - people have had some trouble using the coins in tinfoil I suggested, so try it yourself with caution. If they are too heavy, they will sink into your cake batter* #CaketasticCakes #spherecake #roundcake

❓FONDANT OR GUM PASTE?
I use BOTH for very different reasons.
Fondant (or Sugar Paste) is used to cover a cake.
Gum Paste (or Modeling Paste) is used to create cake decorations.
