Making gum paste peonies can be a bit overwhelming if you are a beginner cake decorator. That's why I'm making this gum paste peony with one petal cutter set, no wires, and no veining.
It's an easy gum paste flower that you can use to top any cake! Use as many layers as you want to create a smaller or larger peony. Keep the petals closed or more open. It's all up to you.
You can also color the peony by kneading gel color into the gum paste before you begin.
