That works for general animations like basic Locomotion or Weapons, but for more unique scenarios it's impossible to find exactly what I want. I cannot make animations in Blender but what I can do is use the Animation Rigging package and using that I can take a normal basic Idle animation and using some IK I can move the hands around to pretty much create whatever unique animations I need.
