Recipe :
to salt the cabbage 🥬
2.7 kg nappa cabbage
1 cup Korean coarse
Kimchi sauce 🌶️ :
-Seasoning:
1 cup korean hot pepper flakes
1/4 fish sauce
2 tbsp fermented shrimp
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1/2 apple/asian pear
1 medium size onion
-Porridge :
2 cups water
1/2 cup rice flour/all purpose flour
Vegetables 🥕 (optional) :
1 carrot ( aprox 180g)
150g radish
6 scallions
