This potluck classic 7 Layer Salad is made with chopped lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, peas, onions and a creamy homemade salad dressing. Top with bacon, cheese and green onions!

Ingredients
For The Dressing:
▢ 1 cup Mayonnaise
▢ 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
▢ 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
▢ 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
▢ Kosher salt and pepper
For the Salad:
▢ 1 large head iceberg Lettuce, rinsed, patted dry and chopped
▢ 1 red onion, chopped
▢ 2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
▢ 2 cups sliced grape tomatoes
▢ 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
▢ 2 cups chopped cucumber
▢ 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
▢ 4 sliced cooked bacon, chopped
▢ 3 scallions, chopped

Instructions
Whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, honey and vinegar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
In a large bowl or trifle dish, arrange the lettuce in the bottom in an even layer.
Top the lettuce with a layer of tomatoes. Then arrange the peas in an even layer over the tomatoes. Top with the red onion, eggs and cucumber.
Pour the dressing on top of the cucumbers and then sprinkle with cheese, bacon and scallions.
Serve immediately.
