[Great time-saver tips] oven drying of high temperature (2min), baking (15min), oven shower(2min) - It takes less than 20 min. To do macaronage with stand mixer(kitchen aid 5 quater) at all the time. I have 3 kichen aid stand mixers, 2 unox ovens and I use them at the same time. What is oven shower..?? - The oven-shower is to wait 2-3 minutes without removing the tray in the oven after baking. (with open the oven door) 2. How to dry in the oven..?? Also you can get shiny and smooth shells. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ 안녕하세요 슈가빈입니다 ☺☺💕 오늘 영상은 혼자 마카롱 꼬끄 500개 대량생산하기 브이로그 인데요, 고온열풍건조(2분), 굽기(15분), 오븐샤워(2분) 까지 총 20분이 안 걸리고 올 기계나쥬로 작업해서 시간을 많이 단축시키는 편입니다. 예열은 초반에는 반죽짜면서 하고, 후로는 뜨거워진 오븐에 넣고 계속 고온건조하기 때문에 예열도 거의 생략됩니다.. 키친에이드 3대, 우녹스 오븐 2대를 동시에 돌려서..🧡 계량, 반죽, 팬닝, 굽기, 마지막 짝 맞추고 담기까지 3시간이 조금 안 걸렸습니다 💪🏻💪🏻 물론 최대 전력으로 했을 때 이구요 ㅎㅎㅎ 골병(?)들까봐 평소엔 좀 더 쉬어가며 작업합니다! 🤪🤪🤪 그럼 재미있게 시청해주세요, 감사합니다🙏🏻
