▷Recipe
［花のゼリー］
水…180ml
レモン汁…小さじ2
はちみつ…10g
グラニュー糖20g
エディブルフラワー…適量
キルシュワッサー…小さじ1
ゼラチン…5g
［青いミルクプリン］
バタフライピー（タイのマメ科のハーブの花)…5g
牛乳…200ml
生クリーム…100ml
グラニュー糖…40g
粉ゼラチン（水 大さじ１に振りかけてふやかしておく）…8g
［工程］
1. エディブルフラワーは事前に砂糖水につけておく。
2小鍋に水、グラニュー糖、はちみつ、キルシュワッサーを加えて沸騰直前まであたためる。
3.板ゼラチンを水でふやかす
4.板ゼラチン、レモン汁を入れて溶けるまで混ぜる。
5.火を止めて、氷水で粗熱をとる。
6.容器にゼリー液を流し込み、水を切ったエディブルフラワーを浮かべて、冷蔵庫で固まるまで冷やす2時間？
7.小鍋にバタフライピー、牛乳・グラニュー糖を入れ、弱火で加熱する。
8.板ゼラチンを水でふやかす。
9.7の小鍋は沸騰直前で火を止め、板ゼラチンを加えて溶かす。
10.生クリームを加えて、混ぜる。
11.冷水で粗熱をとる。
12.茶漉しで型に流し込み、固まるまで冷やす約3時間以上
13.型から取り出す。
