I will introduce you to a high-resolution optical encoder(sensor) for robots.

This encoder is for the servo motor, robot and etc.
This sensor is mounted on the output shaft of a collaborative robot reducer to sense the final position and is suitable for shock detection, teaching, etc.
As you can see, it is a magnetic sensor used in combination with gears.
It is possible to use it in combination with gears or with a magnetic scale as shown in the following application example, but in this video, it is recommended to use it in combination with gears.
