Making a pair of blacksmith's tongs out of a 30mm x 10mm x 450mm piece of flat bar using a fly press.
I've seen other people on YouTube make tongs out of flat bar so I thought I'd try it myself...
You'll be pleased to hear that I've now sorted out the phasing issue with my GoPro camera that I did the initial videoing with - I needed to change the settings from NTSC to PAL.
