Making a Robot Character from an Easter Egg

Here’s how I scratch-built this dapper ovoid automaton out of a plastic egg, beads, and wire. This is a character I’ve had around for a long time, and I’ve done different versions of him in some of my artwork. I just think it’s really funny to have an egg with ridiculously long legs, like it’s top-heavy and about to cause an accident. Check out @BillMakingStuff and his BeadBots.
