Hopefully this helps anyone who was as scared as I was to mess up or even start sourdough bread!!
This is a great place to start when you first start making sourdough. Baking it in a loaf pan makes rhe stretch and folds opitonal and you don’t need to buy proofing baskets yet
From here you can move to artisan bread easy peasy lemon squeezy!!
2 loaves:
650g warm water
250g starter
24g salt (i use Redmond Real Salt)
24g honey
24g olive oil (or avocado or whatever)
1000g bread flour (I use half Kamut flour)
