In this video, I make a molded leather pocketknife sheath using a simple mold made from plywood. The sheath also features a tooled front flap & tooled belt loop that are hand dyed and hand stitched. Dimensions for the leather pieces as well as the dimensions for the mold are included in the video. Enjoy.
