Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Hello everyone, happy new year! I've been having a rather slow start to the year, or I should say I've been keeping busy but that hasn't been translating into work output that you all can see (yet) :) I've been allowing myself a little more time to work at some ideas I had last year and didn't have time to flesh out - but I want to be here with you all regularly so I decided I would just bring you a chatty craft with me video so you can see a little of what I'm doing and also get some ideas for things you might want to make. We'll make the cardboard carts together - this is probably the simplest cart style I make, so it's just a starting point - but I think it will get your creative wheels turning and you'll want to make many more carts after you make your first :) I didn't make a supply section or slide this time because I think that gets a little old and there are just a few materials needed for a cardboard cart: cardboard and/or pressed fiberboard paper if you don't have fiberboard (fiberboard is like the thinner cardboard used for bakery boxes, other food packaging, or other product packaging or backs of notebooks..) glue - hot glue, craft glue, school glue - your choice paint - acrylic, watercolor, gouache OR markers or colored pencils wire for the wheel axles OR toothpicks a large-eyed needle to punch holes for wire optional: buttons for wheels, bits of fabric, string for the "pull" of the pull cart, beads to help keep the wheels on.. I hope you're all doing well and as always, I hope this video gives you inspiration or encouragement or just keeps you company ... thank you so much for being here and for your kindness, feedback, and support. Wishing you a beautiful and creative and PLAYFUL year of creating - happy making to you! xo Rosanna THE VIDEO TO MAKE CORNSTARCH PASTE: https://youtu.be/ZTDzHoPGXDE 00:00:00 - Start 00:00:43 - introduction... a bit of a ramble haha 00:06:10 - adding a cotton layer to the pony I'm working on 00:15:11 - working on a paper clay pony, adding the tail 00:19:59 - describing how I made the mane and talking about the "crackle medium" 00:21:59 - painting the undercoat color on the clay pony and painting the spots on the cotton pony (music only) 00:24:51 - starting the cardboard cart (or fiberboard, or paper..) 00:40:46 - attaching the wheels 00:44:35 - another slightly different, but faster way to make a cart - using corrugated cardboard - and a clever way to attach the wheel axle (music only) 00:47:00 - an alternative for wheels (besides fiberboard or buttons) 00:48:12 - bending the wire into loops to hold on the wheels 00:52:05 - adding the topcoat of paint over the crackle medium to our clay pony 00:54:24 - painting the cart 00:59:24 - making the cart look aged 01:03:17 - adding some painted flowers to the cart 01:10:17 - conclusion #miniatures #cardboardcraft #craftwithme follow my art on I N S T A G R A M and tag me @rosannadellart if you share what you make using these make-alongs 😊 I love to see what you create! https://instagram.com/rosannadellart?igshid=NzZlODBkYWE4Ng== sign up for my N E W S L E T T E R here: https://mailchi.mp/0826907f94cc/join-rosannas-mailing-list find my SPUN COTTON STARTER KIT here: https://sweethavensanctuary.org/shop/p/spun-cotton-starter-supply-kit-my-favorite-materials "organic" cotton fiber from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TX269W6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 JAZPER STARDUST WATERCOLORS : https://www.etsy.com/shop/JazperStardust? cotton quilt batting: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BWQQ5WR4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 uncoated wire: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HM2NYQM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 26 gauge paper-covered wire: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MW261PT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 all music by EPIDEMIC SOUND
