Here in part 2 we get stuck into the actual making. Two methods go head to head, the way I used to do it many years ago verses one I've only just learnt about. After a bit of a poor first go we get a decent result second time around. I've described all my mistakes in detail so you can avoid them!
I ended up with 2 binloads of high quality charcoal which will be used in my next forging project.
