The two tea plants we'll be working with are extremely rare! One is most probably the oldest genetic line of tea in the United States. The other, Ebbie tea, is a 1:15,000 anomaly that has literally made horticulturists weep due to it's incredibly unique characteristics for a Camellia sinensis tea plant.
