I took the last regularly scheduled sleeper train in Japan to get back to Tokyo. First, I took Shinkansen from Hiroshima to Okayama and changed to Sunrise Express. I booked a berth called Single, which is the most common on Sunrise Express. To get the tickets, you need to go to the ticket office. The last minute purchase is not recommended because the sleeper train is very popular.
