🌿ก่อนหน้านี้เคยทำคลิปสอนทำแชมพูแบบไม่มีฟองไปแล้ว มีหลายคนอยากได้สูตรแบบมีฟองบ้าง ฤกษ์งามยามดี ทำให้แล้วนะคะ ขั้นตอนละเอียดยิบแทบจับมือทำเลยค่ะ ดูจบแล้วทำได้แน่นอน
📍ส่งที่ต้องเตรียม
1. มะกรูดปลอดสาร
2. AD25 (Ammonium lauryl sulfate)
3. เกลือป่น

2. หม้อแสตนเลสแบบมีฝาปิด
3. เครื่องปั่นน้ำผลไม้
4. เหยือกน้ำ
5. ตาชั่ง
6. ไม้พาย
7. ขวดสำหรับบรรจุแชมพู
📝 ขั้นตอนการทำ
1. ล้างมะกรูดให้สะอาด ใช้แปรงขัดเพื่อกำจัดสิ่งสกปรกที่อาจจะติดอยู่ตามร่องของผิวมะกรูด
2. หั่นเอาเฉพาะเปลือกมะกรูดออกมา เนื้อด้านในเก็บไว้ทำน้ำหมัก (คลิปหน้า)
3. ใส่เปลือกมะกรูดลงในหม้อแสตนเลสแบบมีฝาปิด เติมน้ำให้พอท่วม ตั้งไฟเบาสุด ให้น้ำค่อยๆร้อนขึ้นอย่างช้าๆ ห้ามใช้ไฟแรงเด็ดขาด
4. รอจนเปลือกมะกรูดเริ่มเปลี่ยนสี สังเกตุดูจะมีควันขึ้นเบาๆ และมีฟองปุดๆขึ้นเล็กน้อย ถ้ามีเทอร์โมมิเตอร์วัดอุณหภูมิน้ำ จะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 80 องศา ให้ปิดเตาได้เลย
5. ปิดฝาหม้อให้สนิท วางพักไว้ประมาณ 12 ชั่วโมงหรือทิ้งไว้ข้ามคืน
6. หลังจากครบเวลาแล้ว ให้เปิดดูน้ำสารสกัดที่ได้ต้องมีสีเหลืองใส ถ้าออกมาเป็นสีน้ำตาลหรือดำแสดงว่ามีสารพิษเจือปนใช้ทำแชมพูไม่ได้
7. นำเปลือกและน้ำที่ได้ไปปั่น ปั่นแค่พอแหลก ไม่ต้องปั่นจนละเอียดมากแบบสูตรไม่มีฟองค่ะ เอาแค่พอแหลกเพื่อดึงความหอมออกมา
8. กรองด้วยผ้าขาวบางเอาแต่น้ำ ส่วนกากนำไปทำปุ๋ยหมักค่ะ
9. ชั่งน้ำหนักน้ำที่ได้ อาจจะเติมน้ำต้มสุกที่เย็นแล้วลงไปเล็กน้อยเพื่อให้ได้ปริมาณเป็นตัวเลขกลม
10. คำนวณหาปริมาณ AD25 โดยเอาปริมาณน้ำเปลือกมะกรูดคั้นที่ได้คูณกับ 0.4 ก็จะได้ปริมาณ AD25
ตัวอย่างเช่น
ได้น้ำเปลือกมะกรูดคั้น 400 กรัม
วิธีคำนวณ 400x0.4 = 160
ปริมาณ AD25 ที่จะใช้คือ 160 กรัม ให้ตวงใส่เหยือกพักไว้
11. คำนวณปริมาณ เกลือ โดยเอาปริมาณ AD25 คูณ 12%
จากตัวอย่างเดิม ปริมาณ AD25 ที่จะใช้ 160 กรัม
วิธีคำนวณ 160x12% = 19.2
ปริมาณเกลือที่จะใช้คือ 19.2 กรัม
12. ผสมเกลือลงในน้ำคั้นเปลือกมะกรูด ใช้ไม้พายคนจนเกลือละลาย
13. เทส่วนผสมในข้อ (12) ลงในเหยือกที่ตวง AD25 ไว้ โดยค่อยๆเททีละนิด พร้อมกันใช้ไม่พายกวนไปทางเดียวกันช้าๆจนส่วนผสมทั้งหมดเข้ากันดี
14. วางพักไว้ให้ฟองยุบก่อนนำไปบรรจุลงขวด

📍 Ingredients
1. Non-toxic kaffir lime
2. AD25 (Ammonium lauryl sulfate)
3. Salt
✂️ Equipments

2. Stainless steel pot with lid
3. Blender
4. Jugs

6. Spatula
7. Bottles
📝 Process
1. Wash the kaffir lime cleanly. Use a brush to remove any dirt that may be stuck in the grooves.
2. Cut out only the kaffir lime peel. The flesh inside kept for fermenting (Next Video)
3. Put the peel in a stainless steel pot with a lid. Add the water, turn on the stove at the lowest level. Let the water slowly heat up. Absolutely do not use too high heat.
4. Wait until the peel begins to change color. Notice that there is a slight smoke rising, and a little bubble. If there is a thermometer to measure the temperature of the water will be about 80 degrees, then turn off the stove
5. Close the lid of the pot tightly. Leave it about 12 hours or overnight.
6. After the time is up, look the extracted water must have a clear yellow color. If it becomes brown or black, it means that it is contaminated with toxins that can't be used to make shampoo.
7. Blend the peel and water with blender. No need to blend until very fine, just to bring out the fragrance.
8. Filter with a thin white cloth, use only water. The waste is used to make a compost.
9. Measure the kaffir lime peel juice. Maybe add a little bit cooled boiled water to obtain a rounded amount.
10. Calculate the amount of shampoo base (AD25) by multiplying the amount of juice with 0.4 to get the amount of AD25.
For example :
Get 400 grams of kaffir lime peel juice.
How to calculate 400x0.4 = 160
The amount of AD25 to be used is 160 g.
11. Calculate the amount of salt by multiplying the amount of AD25 by 12%.
Based on the original sample, the amount of AD25 to be used is 160 g.
How to calculate 160x12% = 19.2
The amount of salt to use is 19.2 g.
12. Mix salt into the kaffir lime juice. Use a spatula to stir until the salt dissolves.
13. Pour the ingredients in (12) into the AD25 jug, pouring little by little. At the same time, use the spatula to slowly stir in the same direction until all the ingredients are well combined.
14. Leave the bubbles to disappear before pouring them into the bottle.
