Japchae (잡채), aka Korean “glass noodles” are one of my favorite things to eat cold in the warmer months. Lucky for me, my grandma makes it to perfection. Here’s how to WHIP Japchae like a Halmoni! P.S. I mention it in the video, but this is less of a super measured recipe video and more of a fun, (hopefully) entertaining, cook-along video to introduce you all to my awesome G-ma. However, I’ve provided you with a Japchae ingredient list that I put together a while back (listed below).
