Mooli ke Kofte
Hello friends. Today i am sharing recipe of very delicious and unique Mooli ke kofte. This kofta curry goes well with roti, paratha, naan or rice. This dish is very tasty and no one will ever think that koftas can be made with mooli also. This is very easy to cook and tasty dish. Do try this dish and share your experiences with me.

~Ingredients~
For kofte (10 nos.)
Radish or mooli- 4 medium
Besan or gram flour- 1 cup or approx 100g
Haldi or turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- according to taste
Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Amchur powder- 1 tsp
Mustard oil for frying
For Gravy
Onion- 1 medium size
Tomato- 2 medium size
Grated ginger garlic- 1 tbsp
Green chilli- 2
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder- 1 tsp
Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Hing- a pinch
Bay leaf- 1
Salt - according to taste
Water- 1 cup
Mustard oil- 4 tbsp
Kasuri methi crushed- 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves
