Making of Front Fender | Triumph Bobber Episode 5.

In this 5rd episode I show you the creation of the new Triumph Bobber front fender out of aluminium.

I have decided here for a shape to match the rear fender.

It is made of 2mm aluminum, and mainly built with hand tools and English Wheel.
