Video Not Working? Fix It Now

We’ve got the fix for worn-out bushings on this 8 tonne forklift! In this video, we take you inside our workshop to see how we do this complete repair. We begin with removing the tynes (tines) followed by a thorough inspection to identify any damage before the real work begins, machining up the new bushings using polyurethane plastic! We'll take you through every step, from drilling out the centers to machining for a perfect fit. But bushings aren't enough! We also machine up some retaining plates from 1045 steel to keep those new bushings locked in tight. But before installing, we drill the bolts holes in the plates and grease holes in the bushings using our milling machine. With everything completed it's time to re-assemble and put it to the test: will the forklift tynes operate smoothly with their shiny new parts? Tune in to find out if our repair holds up!
