This is the best Tapioca in the region, Tapioca do Irmão Firmino, in Cajá, a municipality 100km from João Pessoa, capital of Paraíba. Guys, in addition to being very tasty, the employees' practice of turning tapioca is an attraction in itself, haha, SIMPLY DELICIOUS!
Whenever I'm passing through there, it's a mandatory stop. Mine is with coalho cheese and local butter. Good Plague!
