Making Whole Milk Ricotta

Whole Milk Ricotta is the easiest cheese to make. Period. Heat your milk to 88C (190F), then add some citric acid solution and then strain through butter muslin. You can then go on to make many amazing meals, such as savoury lasagne or sweet chocolate Ricotta tart. You can even make another type of cheese, Ricotta Salata, but more on that in another video!
