MALAI CHIKKI

PREP TIME: 5-10 mins
COOKING TIME: 15-20 mins
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cup peanuts (crushed)
• 1 tbsp ghee
• 1 cup chikki jaggery
• 3 tbsp malai
METHOD:
• First dry roast peanuts, remove the skin and grind into a coarse powder
• Further, set a pan on medium heat, add ghee, chikki jaggery and cook for 5-10 minutes.
• Further add the crushed peanuts powder and malai.
• Set this mixture into a loose bottom mold.
• Cut into pieces and serve.
