This morning we’re going to eat a Malaysian Chinese noodle breakfast called Koay Teow Th'ng. In Penang this a lesser known dish than famous foods like nasi kandar and char koay teow, but nevertheless, it’s yet another dish you have to try in the Malaysian street food paradise of Penang!
This street food stall was featured in the Penang Michelin Guide, and it’s a second generation run stall, serving chicken noodles, bean sprout chicken, and a few extra side dishes. The noodles were delicious and simple in flavor, easy to eat, and perfect for breakfast.
