This is how I make. រូបមន្តពេញលេញ First Step 2 days: 9 oz of complete soaked and drained mud fish filet meat Soaked in water for two days, changed water often Second Step 1 day: Flatten and squeeze out water for completely dry Third Step 1 day: 1 Tbsp of rock or sea salt leave over night Fourth Step 35 days: 2 Tbsp of fresh galangal cut thin strip 1 tsp roasted ground galangal 2 Tbsp of roasted rice powder 1 jar Keep at room temperature for 35 days Final step Serve: Fresh chilies Basil Mints Garlic Lime Sugar Msg Serve with fresh vegetables with rice .
