INGREDIENTS:
FOR POWDERED MILK METHOD:
4 cups of Water
12 Tbsps FULL CREAM Powdered Milk
(depends on the milk brand, refer to the instruction
at the back of packaging)
3 Tbsps Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt, or it depends on your taste
FOR FRESH MILK METHOD:
1 Liter FULL CREAM Fresh Milk
3 - 4 Tbsps Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt, or it depends on your taste
YOU WILL ALSO NEED THESE TOOLS:
Cheesecloth (or any cotton cloth)
Food processor or Blender
Colander or Strainer
