My comments on flatbed scanning are with specific reference to making use of a camera that is meant to have top tier optics and achieving the desired results of such a lens. I'm not hating on flatbed's for the sake of hating on them, you just really aren't going to get the most out of a camera like the Mamiya 7 unless your negatives are decently scanned.
