Our garden is for flowers as well as vegetables, and our mandevilla is one of our favorites. It's a warm-weather loving flower, but we were able to keep it in our garage during our winter in North Texas. Occasionally we would set it outside on warmer winter days. It survived our winter and amazingly kept green leaves. This video shows how we repotted it from a smaller pot into a larger pot, with the right amount of fertilizer and potting mix. A couple of months after repotting, it's become a beautiful summer flower in our garden.
