INGREDIANTS:
Sardine fish - 1 KG
Byadagi dry chili - 25 nos.
Gundu chili - 15 nos.
Coriander seeds - 1.5 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tbsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Black peppercorns - 1/2 Tsp
Tamarind pulp - small lime piece tamarind
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coconut oil - 4 Tbsp
Ginger - small piece- minced
Garlic - 5 cloves - minced
Curry leaves
Onion -1 large
Green chili - 3 nos. - slit
Water
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
serve with Neer dosa, chapathi, rice
