Stir occasionally, and simmer for 10 minutes. Now, in a bowl add rice flour and little milk mix it well. Pour this mixture into the pot and stir continuously for 5-10 minutes. Add crushed green cardamom and mix it well. Add sugar and mix well till the milk thickens and turn creamy. Now starin the phirni so that you get a smooth texture. In another sauce pot, add mango pulp, sugar and cook it for a few minutes. Add mango dice and mix well. Now, add the mango pulp in the strain phirni mixture and mix well. Pour it into a bowl or a container and keep in the fridge until it's set properly. Finally, serve chilled mango phirni garnished with a few mango slices and mint leaves. For Mango Malai Kulfi In the remaining mixture of the phirni add malai/cream , condensed milk and mix it well. Add pistachios and mix well. Pour in mixture in a kulfi mould. Keep in the freezer to set for 4-6 hours or overnight. To get kulfi out of the mould by rubbing with your palms, it will get loose and slide out.
