Mango Pomelo Sago/楊枝甘露: Classic Chinese Dessert

Mango Pomelo Sago is a really popular Chinese Dessert that is surprisingly easy to make:

5 mangoes
60g rock sugar
200ml coconut milk
120ml evaporated milk
50g sago
Mint leaves for garnish
Vanilla Ice Cream (Optional)
