Ingredients : Rice - 1 cup Raw Mango - 1/2 Coconut- 2 tbsp Salt- to taste Mustard - 1 tsp Chana dhal- 2 tsp Urad dhal - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Onion-1 Cashew - as needed Curry leaves - few Asafoetida - little Ghee - 1 tsp To grind: Red chillies - 10 to 12 Fenugreek -1/4 tsp Jeera- 1/2 tsp Mustard - 1 tsp
