Rice dressing:

-200 ml rice vinegar
-100 g sugar
-15 g salt
-a piece of kombu seaweed
for 800g DRY RICE I use 300g dressing (+ -) First add half of dressing to rice, stir and taste !! Vinegar is different and it's important not to overdo it.
