150g Caster sugar 150克 细白糖
10g Agar agar powder 10克 燕菜粉
1 tsp Jelly powder 1茶匙 果冻粉
700ml Water 700毫升 清水
2 pcs Pandan leaves 2片 班兰叶
200g Coconut milk 200克 椰浆
1/4tsp Salt 1/4茶匙 盐
200ml Pandan juice 200 毫升 班兰汁

📌Making Pandan juice 制作班兰汁
6 片班兰叶 + 210 毫升清水 搅成汁过滤
6 pandan leaves + 210 ml water, blend into juice and filter

Zebra Pudding Agar Agar

➡️Ingredients 材料:
4 pcs Bread slices 面包片
170ml Evaporated milk 淡奶
100ml Condensed milk 炼奶
150ml Water 清水
1 Egg 鸡蛋
700ml Water 清水
10g Agar agar powder 燕菜粉
60g Sugar 糖
2 pcs Pandan leaves 班兰叶
20g Butter 牛油

10g to 20g Cocoa powder 可可粉
15ml Water 清水
