Here's a walking at-home workout that anyone can do. Walk it out in just under 30 minutes for a great cardio and calorie burn. Keep moves low-impact if necessary or pump it up for high-impact moves if that's your goal.

Description: Moves are basic, concentrating on the feet, and arm movements are added as you are comfortable. Still, a great cardio workout, as you'll have the option of increasing the heart rate with cardio pushes throughout, or keep it low-impact if you need to.
