- carom seeds ( ajwain ) 1/2 tsp
- termuric powder ( haldi ) 1/2 tsp
- cumin ( zeera ) 1 tsp
- coriander ( kuta hua dhaniya ) 1 tbs
- green onion ( sabaz payaz ) 4-5 tbs
- coriander leaves ( dhaniya ) as required
- green chili ( sabaz mirch ) 1-2
