This video is a full-on glimpse into real life in a survival season as a hardworking single mom of nine, running a household of 10, juggling a heavy two-week business push while keeping everyone fed and loved with massive from-scratch meals.
We’re pulling pre-stocked meats from the freezers together, meal planning as we go, and using the ingredients from our once-a-month April grocery hauls to get the job done. You’ll see me cooking so many big homemade dinners, including 20 pounds of ground beef for giant taco nights, and lots of Aldi chicken that I stocked up on for the month, too. I’m also working in tons of fresh vegetables from Costco and Aldi, using up a huge fruit haul from the John Henry General Store, and relying on freezer meals I prepped ahead of time—especially for those nights when I’m too wiped to think straight.
We also squeeze in a few everyday moments—simple breakfasts, easy lunches, quick snacks, family hikes, a pizza night or two, and a little movie fun—because life doesn’t stop even when momma’s got her head down working hard on a big project.
It’s all happening here: the massive cooking, the real-life mom hustle, and the business dreams in motion. If you’ve ever wanted to build your own online business or grow your YouTube channel into something meaningful and income-generating, I’ve got something for you.
